The vindication (and brutal punishment) of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich

The vicious treatment allotted to the distinguished German lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is comparable to the persecution of figures like Giordano Bruno.

Alongside the powers that be everywhere, Google’s still anonymous AI is also a pious believer in the virtues of free expression. It proclaims boldly and for all the right reasons that free speech is vital to democracy, in which it also claims to believe. It reminds us also, which is good to know, that freedom of expression promotes an informed citizenry and self-governance and ensures government accountability. Furthermore, that open dialogue and debate facilitate the “marketplace of ideas,” which is a vital condition for social progress and provides society with a much-needed “safety valve.” And finally, that the unhindered right to express one’s thoughts, beliefs, and values without fear is a fundamental aspect of human dignity and self-fulfilment. Amen, amen, amen.

In theory, all would heartily salute those noble sentiments. And that includes even some of their most ruthless violators, such as the German government.

For over a year after kidnapping him abroad, the German government kept prominent German lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich in prison on contrived charges and under extraordinarily harsh and inhuman conditions, which were seemingly designed just to torment him. In Germany, for Dr. Fuellmich at least, the right to express one’s thoughts with dignity (never mind self-fulfilment) in the manner so movingly preached by Google’s AI avatar went out the window many moons ago.

The Game of Thrones begins in the Republic of Srpska

As a result of a series of corrupt manoeuvres, Dodik has been outplayed and effectively driven from office, Stephen Karganovic writes.

The political crisis that has unsettled the Republic of Srpska, the Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina that was formed under the terms of the Dayton Peace Agreement in 1995, continues unabated. The direction it is taking bodes ill for the Serbs who live there and constitutes another diplomatic setback for Russia, which may lose a small but staunch ally in the Balkans.

It appears that for the Republic of Srpska the latest political events mark the end of an era. That is certainly true for Milorad Dodik, who has served as the entity’s Prime Minister and President for the last twenty years. As a result of a series of corrupt manoeuvres, Dodik has been outplayed and effectively driven from office. As in the iconic television series, the game of thrones has now begun not only for his successor to be selected but, as importantly, to determine what policies and alliances the Serb entity will pursue in the future.

For a proper understanding of the current situation, it should be recalled that the Dayton Agreement, signed thirty years ago, was the cornerstone not just of the peace that followed three years of bitter intra-communal warfare in Bosnia, but also a constitutional arrangement for a peaceful future within a loose Bosnian confederation. At least initially that suited all parties. However, the hope, at least on the Serbian side, that the terms of such a tolerable arrangement would be permanently respected was soon dashed.

At the heart of the Dayton accords was the commitment by all parties, domestic and international, that Bosnia and Herzegovina, consisting of two autonomous ethnic entities, would be a decentralised state in which each of the three major groups, Serbs, Croats, and Muslims, would be largely free to manage its own affairs. A UN Security Council approved High Representative was empowered, in case of a deadlock, to interpret the peace accords in order to facilitate their implementation. Having renounced a military victory, that was the minimum that the Serbs could accept and the only condition upon which they would agree to remain politically within Bosnia instead of going their own way. Western powers involved in brokering the Dayton peace deal, as usual posing as the “international community,” ostensibly also manifested their assent to the Dayton principles of conflict resolution.

The end of La Grande illusion democratique

Will Marine Le Pen have the creativity to step out of the box and twist the lion’s tail just a bit?

Only the incurably naïve were shocked by the brazen and deliberate rigging of the French Presidential elections. Granted, the outrageous infringement of collective West’s verbally proclaimed democratic electoral canons in Romania, which took place shortly before, could have been taken by alert observers as a reliable signal of what might imminently occur in other precincts of the “European garden.” Blinded by cultural racism however some of them might have mistaken electoral rigging in Romania, a recently acquired patch of that garden, as a sui generis case, entirely attributable to Balkan primitivism. But they would have overlooked conveniently the now well established fact that instructions to corrupt Romanian bureaucrats to eliminate inconvenient candidate Georgescu did not emanate from Bucharest alone. We now know that they were issued imperatively from the idyllic Garden’s ideological centre, which is in Brussels.

Without diminishing, in the electoral disqualification and penal punishment of Marine Le Pen, the influence of the local French branch of the globalist cabal (it would be unpardonably incorrect to call that scum “elite”) there also the nefarious role of the nerve centre in Brussels must be stressed.

The arbitrary mechanism which allows the cabal to target virtually anybody it perceives as unsuitable or as a threat was laid bare by Croatian European Parliament deputy Mislav Kolakušić. The core charge pressed against Le Pen, let us recall, was of a basely pecuniary nature, namely that as an EU deputy she partially used her office employees in Strassbourg to do political work on behalf of her French political party, the Front National, improperly remunerating them with European Union funds.

The outspoken EU parliamentarian Kolakušić knows of what he speaks because he was himself charged with this ghastly infraction, an accusation from which he managed to successfully defend himself only thanks to having kept meticulous records. It appears that acting with Gallic abandon Marine Le Pen or her office manager were not nearly as fastidious record keepers and they are now paying the political and penal price for the oversight.

Durov still does not get it

Durov’s recent statements which indicate that he is labouring under grave illusions about the nature of his predicament.

After being released on bail from a French prison, Russian entrepreneur Pavel Durov made several statements which indicate that he is labouring under grave illusions about the nature of his predicament. He described the action of the French authorities, which resulted in his arrest and detention on French territory, as “surprising and misguided.” He then went on to question the legal premise of his detention and subsequent indictment, which is that he could be held “personally responsible for other people’s illegal use of Telegram.”

It is disappointing to see a thirty-nine years old sophisticated cosmopolitan adult, traumatised as he must be by his recent experiences, reasoning like a child. One should have expected a person of Durov’s wealth to secure competent legal assistance to help him understand the legal “facts of life” pertaining to his case.

There are two basic facts that the lawyer selected by Durov to represent him should have explained to his client. Incidentally, that lawyer is extremely well wired into the French establishment and the judicial system which is persecuting his bewildered protégé. It would not be uncharitable to say that his loyalties are dubious.

The first and most fundamental of these facts is the political nature of the case. Durov’s predicament cannot be properly understood apart from that reality. Recognition of that fact does not exclude entirely the effective use of legal arguments and remedies but it marginalises their practical impact. The second important fact that a conscientious legal professional already in the first interview would have made clear to his client is that in the real world in which Durov is facing grave criminal charges, indulging intuitive notions of justice, including the premise that a person cannot be held criminally liable for third-party acts, is a naïve and utterly misguided approach.

An Opportune Death Hypocritically Mourned

The psychopaths that Navalny foolishly agreed to serve probably got lucky, Stephen Karganovic writes.

If Western media are to be believed, after the countless failures of their poisonous preparations clumsy Russian chemists seem now to have finally gotten it right. Alexey Navalny is reported to be dead and the Kremlin Borgias can now say: Gotcha!

However, unfortunately for the orchestrators of the new media stunt that after February 16 plunged the Western political class and MSM into a hysterical frenzy, the carefully crafted delusion began to unravel as soon as it was launched.

First off, it turned out that the politicians and media began to react as if on cue literally just a quarter hour after the obscure website of the Russian penitentiary system posted the news of Navalny’s death.

Observe the highly indicative chronological sequence of events and draw your own conclusions about the plausibility of their indignation.

At approximately 2:19 p.m. on February 18, 2024, the website operated by the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area (surely not in the favourites section of most people’s computers) reported the death of convict Alexey Navalny in Prison Colony No. 3.

How Sarah Ashton Cirillo Echoes Joseph Goebbels

Mens morba in corpore morbō: How Sarah Ashton Cirillo Echoes Joseph Goebbels (cf. "Mens sana in corpore sano" -ed.) Let us analyse the implications of the use of Nazi memes in the discourse of an average American who happens to be in Ukraine.

The unhinged Monty Python hermaphrodite Sarah Ashton Cirillo (real name Michael John Cirillo) got its comeuppance. Famous pranksters Vovan and Lexus could not resist the temptation of making a complete fool of this poor ignorant nitwit. Once again they have performed a public service and as usual have done a brilliant job of it. [You Tube now has deleted these videos. You may however try Rumble - Ed.] Vovan and Lexus’ conversation with Cirillo is interesting on several levels.

The main takeaways of the prankster interview are AFU “sergeant” Cirillo’s affirmations that Russians are “not human” and that the West does not fully understand the threat they pose, that all “Russian propagandists” should be targeted with every available weapon, including terrorist attacks, that the immensely talented Russian journalist Daria Dugina, who was murdered by Kiev regime agents in a booby trapped vehicle, “died a death that she deserved,” and that Ukraine should go on to target Maria Zakharova as well, presumably in similarly gruesome fashion.

After the subject’s moral and psychological portrait was thus established, the conversation with the pranksters turned to what is probably the most revealing segment of their interaction with Cirillo.

As Part of a Broader Assault on the Orthodox Church, Religious Persecution in the Ukraine Continues Unabated

Stephen Karganovic
Strategic Culture Foundation

The persecutors have made the mistake of prematurely revealing their brutish faces, Stephen Karganovic writes.

It is now confirmed that the illegal seizure of the ancient Kiev-Pechersk Monastery has been completed. It was forcibly emptied of its monastics and turned over to the bogus, regime-sponsored organisation claiming to be the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. There is presently no reliable information on the disposition of the Orthodox holy relics that used to be located within the monastery complex. Some time ago however it was announced that they would be moved out of the Ukraine to foreign museums, for “safekeeping.” That appalling act of sacrilege and religious pillage may already have taken place.

Meanwhile, clerics of the legitimate Ukrainian Orthodox Church are being arrested or kept under house detention. With the connivance of the authorities, and often at their instigation, temples are seized from believers belonging to the legitimate Church to be handed over to the bogus entity. This is done without any legal justification or opportunity to challenge the procedure. The Kiev Nazi regime’s secret police is currently intimidating priests and bishops of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church to call a church council that under their watchful eye would formally break canonical ties with the Moscow Patriarchy and “vote” to join the phony “church” that was set up to replace and absorb it. They apparently believe that such consent given under duress would legitimate the infamy.
